Lock Password Reset
For situations when the lock password has been lost or forgotten and the fridge has been inadvertently locked; the procedure below can be used to reset the password and open the fridge.
If not already complete, close the lid and engage the lock. | |
Disconnect the power source from the rear of the fridge. | |
Open the latch on the left front corner of the fridge and locate the screw behind the latch.
Unscrew Phillips head screw and remove. |

Use thin punch and press into the screw hole behind the latch.
This will push the locking pin into the disengaged position and enables the fridge open. |

Open the lid and prop it open, ensuring the light will illuminate when the power is restored. | |
Connect power source to rear of fridge. Although the locking pin is disengaged, the fridge perceives the lock as engaged and lid as open. This is an impossible scenario which triggers the factory reset. Once power is restored, the locking mechanism will engage and disengage (slide in and out). This signal indicates the password has been reset. |

The lock password will be reset to the default factory setting: |

The password can now be reset by pressing the lock button as per normal procedure.
Please follow the steps listed below to set a new password. |
Setting a new lock password:
- Open lid and turn fridge on.
- Press and hold
for 3 seconds.
- Enter 4 digit code. The factory default is

is displayed.
- Enter new 4 digit code
example:
- Note the single dot on top LH corner to indicate first entry.
will be displayed again.
- Re-enter new 4 digit code
example:
- Note two dots on top LH corner to indicate the second entry.
NOTE: If the new codes are not the same, will display and user will be prompted to re-enter new codes.
