I need to return an item I ordered on Amazon?

ARB USA does not sell on Amazon. All of the ARB products listed on Amazon are sold by our authorized retailers and third-party sellers. 

Any order issues and returns will need to be processed through Amazon and all communication will need to go through the Amazon Seller. 

If you have a warranty issue on an ARB product purchased through Amazon you can submit a ticket.
